Welcome to our Sure Start Children's Centre

For many years we have provided high quality and inclusive infant school education and we are now pleased to introduce our Children's Centre which provides services and support for families and carers with children aged under five.

At our Tongham site we have permanent Children's Centre facilities such as our Community Room and Daycare unit offering services to the village of Tongham but you may not know that we also offer Children's Centre services and support to the areas of Ash South, Puttenham, Seale, Sands, Runfold, Normandy, Puttenham, Shackleford, Worplesdon and Wood Street.

We work closely with our local partner schools and neighbouring Children's Centres at Ash Grange and Guildford, aiming to meet the needs of all families with children of any age. We also provide support and training for those who work within the childcare profession.

We open for 48 weeks a year offering a variety of services. Any member of staff that you meet at our Tongham site or at any of the services offered at other locations will be able to answer any questions about Children's Centre services or alternatively call our main telephone number - 01252 400222. Someone will be able to answer the phone from 8.30am - 4.30pm from Monday - Friday and outside of this time please leave a message and someone will get back to you.
